Introduction
Felmoor Park is a small development of Luxury Log cabins and static caravans set around a small lake in the heart of Northumbria. We aim to cater for the needs of all visitors and have tried to provide as much information as possible in this statement, however if you do have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to welcoming you & helping you make the most of your stay.

Pre-Arrival
·Our website www.felmoorpark.com  provides comprehensive information and the facility to book online.
·Bookings/enquires can be made by telephone, fax, email or via our website. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
·This access statement is available on our website & in the welcome pack in each of our Log cabins.
·We can accommodate pets in selected log cabins only.
·We are located on the A1 near Felton, Morpeth. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the surrounding area.
·Nearest town is Alnwick which is situated 8 miles away. This has a range of shops including a supermarket, chemist, bank, newsagent, bakery and delicatessen. Alnwick is also home to Alnwick Castle (made famous for being the castle in the Harry Potter films)
·Nearest railway station is Morpeth (7 miles) where trains run to many destinations throughout the country.
·Nearest bus stop is Felton (2 miles). Bus routes run to Morpeth, Alnwick and beyond. Private transport can be provided from Felmoor Park, please ask for details.
·Taxis are available locally and we can make necessary bookings.
·The nearest Shopmobility Scheme is in Newcastle Upon Tyne (21 miles).
·The nearest RADAR toilet is in Amble. (toilets for disabled guests are located in the reception on site)
·Short term loan of medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walking frames etc is available from British Red Cross. The nearest centre is located in Morpeth (7 miles).

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
·The reception area has parking for several cars.
·The road surface within the Felmoor Park Lodges holiday site is mainly Tarmac.
·There is parking for 1 car beside each lodge (two log cabins have parking for 2 cars). These are allocated spaces for use by occupants of the lodge only.

Main Entrance & Reception
· Access to reception is by a small step onto a decked area. The flooring area within the Reception is tiled/carpeted.
· Car Parking is available outside the reception area.

There are pubic Male and Female WC’s (Including disabled access) in the reception.

Restaurant/ Dining Room, Bar, Lounges, Take Away & Café
. Bar/ Cafe facility in the reception.
·No other facilities available on the park.
·Restaurant facilities are available to Felmoor Park guests and can be found at Burgham Park Golf Course 1 mile from Felmoor Park.

Laundry
Not available -A laundry room will be built at the same time as the reception building.

Shop
·No shop facilities on site. The nearest convenience store can be found at Felton (2 miles).
·Our log cabins are self catering and we do accept grocery deliveries from tesco.com/Asda etc. Please call to discuss delivery arrangements.

Outdoor Facilities
·There is a lake on site which covers approximately half an acre with a depth of approximately 5 feet; a footpath is available for walking. Swimming and fishing is not allowed.
·Each log cabin has its own balcony area and outdoor seating and dining furniture is also located on the decking area of each log cabin.

Conference & Meeting Rooms, Banqueting, Clubs, Entertainment

Bedrooms
·We have a two bedroom log cabins. The main Bedroom of each log cabin has a double bed and all other bedrooms have twin beds.    There is also a sofa bed available in all log cabins.
·Lighting in the log cabins are ceiling mounted spot lights throughout. The bedrooms also have bedside lamps.
·The floor surface in the bedroom is a wooden floor for all log cabins.

Bathroom, Shower Room & WC (En-suite or Shared)
·The bathroom has a standard height toilet, and washbasin.
·All bathrooms in the log cabins have walk in hydro shower cubicles with rainforest shower, standard shower head and multi jet
·The floor surface in the bathrooms is wood.
·Lighting in the bathrooms is overhead.

Self Catering Kitchen
·The kitchen in each lodge is open plan in design with standard size appliances. Each kitchen has a Fridge/Freezer. LPG hob and oven, microwave, kettle etc. The worktops and splashbacks are black granite.

·Lighting in the kitchen is all overhead spot lights

·Additional Information
·Each Log Cabin has its name displayed outside.
·Access to each of our lodges is via one step. The decking area outside the lodge can be slippery in wet weather. You will be required to step over half a log to gain access via the front door.

Attractions (Displays, exhibits, rides etc.)
·There are many attractions in Northumberland, each offering varying levels of accessibility.
·Leaflets of attractions are located in our tourist information area. If you need further information or wish to book any tickets then please contact reception who will be pleased to assist you.
·Our grounds are reasonably level and mainly grass. There is a Tarmac road which leads onto a block paved drive and footpath to each log cabin.

·All our log cabins are non smoking
·Mobile telephone reception is reasonable in the area although networks do vary.
·Cleaning of log cabins is carried out with Eco Friendly products.
·All log cabins have LPG heating with radiators.
·Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are located in the living room area.
·Fire extinguishers are provided in each log cabin.
