Here at Felmoor Park we’re always keen to have a bit chit-chat with our lovely guests, answer any queries and help out as best we can. We’re dead nice like that. Before you stay with us though, here are just a handful of questions you may be pondering. Q: Do I need to bring my own linen and towels?
A: Wey no! Towels and linen are provided by the lovely folk here at Felmoor!
Q: Do I have to pay for electricity and gas?
A: Perish the thought! Rest assured that gas and electricity is included in the total price!
Q: Are infants travel cot and high chairs available?
A: But, of course! However, we do advise you to reserve them when you book. £10 deposit required on arrival
Q: Are pets welcome?
A: For the most part we’re very pet-friendly and are always keen to accommodate our furry best friends. But please check when you book just to make sure!
Q: Can I make an instant online booking?
A: Absolutely! Simply click on the Book Online button and complete your booking. It’s dead easy!
Q: Are discounts available?
A: They are! Quite often, in fact! Simply email us your dates and we will give you our best rates. You can also check out our Facebook page for latest offers and promotions.
Q: Are credit cards accepted?
A: Indeed they are. Well, most major credit cards anyway…
Q: What time is arrival?
A: Usually about 3pm, but if you wish to arrive early to bask in beautiful Northumbrian splendour then do let us know as soon as possible!
Q: What time is check out?
A: 10am, but if you require a later check out time please ask and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate you.
Q: Is there Wi-Fi at Felmoor Park?
A: Yup! There’s free Wi-Fi in the reception and bar area and paid Wi-Fi in all the luxury lodges and log cabins.
